Exemplifying the Train The Trainer Pedagogy
Our Train the Trainer model is an approach to vocational education and skill development that focuses on creating a multiplier effect. In this model, the foundation trains a select group of individuals who then go on to train others, spreading knowledge and skills more widely and efficiently.

Selecting, training and certifying a core group of trainers
Equipping these trainers with both subject matter expertise and teaching skills
Providing them with resources and materials to conduct their own training sessions
Supporting the trainers as they implement training in their communities
